Vampire Knight is an original story about a girl called Yuki, torn between both of her best friends, who are mixed up in the vampire and human world. It is an addictive, interesting manga that literally just sucks you into the pages and has even been adapted into a TV series. Matsuri Hino, the creator and artist for the series, has done an amazing job, the whole ‘Vampire’ story is one that I’ve never seen or read about before, it has somewhat of a different view on the whole blood-sucking thing. I’ve never bothered buying manga books before Vampire Knight, but even after reading the series once, I pick up the first volume and instantly read them all over again - the hatred and confusion of the characters and story line is just insanely addictive.
